How to Promote the Internationalization of the Management System of Chinese Colleges and Universities

推动我国高校管理体制国际化进程是提高办学水平的客观需要。目前我国高校管理体制在思想观念、组织结构、管理队伍、依法治校等方面与教育国际化的要求还有较大差距。为推动我国高校管理体制国际化进程,我国高校应从以下方面加以探讨:树立科学发展理念、规范管理组织结构、提升管理队伍专业水平、建立依法治校运行机制。

Internationalization of the management system of colleges and universities is necessary for the improvement of school-rnnning. At present, great gaps still exit in concept, organizational structure, administrative personnel and school-rnnning pattern between the management system of the institutions of higher learning in China and that in developed countries. In order to internationalize the management system, the following measures should be taken in Chinese colleges and universities： fostering scientific concepts of development, regulating the organizational structure of management, improving the managerial level of the administrative personnel and establishing an operating mechanism to ensure running the school by law.
