摘要
当前评价体系下,创新型教师受制于多方面因素,难以成长。只有改进评价体系,从高校和高校教师的特点出发,构建个性化的评价制度、突出学术评价的地位、发掘评价的人文关怀功能,最终才能达到激励创新型教师成长的目的。
Some problems with the present evaluation system hinder the growth of innovative teachers. In order to cultivate creative teachers, the characteristics of institutions of higher learning and their teachers should be taken into consideration to construct an individualized evaluation system which lays stress on academic evaluation and displays humanistic care of the evaluation.
