Coal higher education should have a further combination with industrial production in technological creation and employment service to meet the needs of safe production and to make sure that no accident would take place in coal production. The personnel trained should not only own knowledge and skills but also receive further humanistic education in senses of responsibility, discipline and safety and hence to eliminate the hidden dangers caused by the quality of the personnel.
