摘要
1999年中国政府出台的高校扩招政策为研究我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨过程中的教育制度变迁提供了一个现实而有意义的案例。本文试图从阐述扩招政策出台的背景入手,分析由此可能产生的交易成本及收益,初步探讨中国当代社会教育制度变迁的可行之路。
The policy to enlarge enrolment for colleges and universities was made in 1999 by Chinese government. It provides us a real and meaningful case to study the changes of educational system in the process that China converts from planned economy to market economy. This paper tries to analyze the costs and benefits during the process through elaborating the background for the policy. Furthermore, this paper also explores some feasible ways for the educational system reform in modern society.
