The Features of Teaching Archives in Higher Learning Institutions and Their Modern Management Strategy

高校教学档案具有多科性、多样性、广布性、层次性、时序性和成套性等特点。适应信息化时代的要求,为教学评估服务,是新时期高校教学档案管理面临的两大任务。要实现高校教学档案的现代化管理目标,关键是要实施“信息化建设、服务教学评估、组织建设、制度建设”等四大工程。

Besides concerning all kinds of subjects and different fields, they also have these features like variety, gradation, in time sequence and series etc. The two major tasks of archives management in new times are to adjust to the requirements of information age and to serve for teaching evaluations. The key to achieve the modern management goal of teaching archives is to carry out the following four projects： informationization construction, service for teaching evaluation, organization construction and regulations construction.
