本文主要从知识经济发展所需要的劳动力素质和知识经济时代农广校教育改革的思路两个方面,揭示了在巨大的农村人口负担向人才资源转化过程中,农广校应以知识经济对农业优质人才的需求为标准,着力教育改革和创新,构建新时期农民教育创新体系,发掘农村人力资源的潜能,为农业经济的转型培养更多的高素质的人才,承担起知识经济时代农村人力资源开发的使命。

The paper mainly focuses on the need of developing knowledge economy for the quality of labor and the ways of education reform of agriculturalbroadcasting school during knowledge economy ages. It analyzes during the process of transferring the burden of rural population to talent resources the agricultural broadcasting school, taking the demand of knowledge economy for excellent agricultural talents as standard, should take emphasis on education reform and innovation, and build up new education innovation system for peasants, and exploit the potentiality of rural labor resources so as to train more high quality talents for the transformation of agricultural economy and burden with the mission of developing rural labor resources at the knowledge economy ages.
