我国当前立法语言中存在的失范问题,不但降低了法律的品质,更会带来法律解读和法治运作的不必要的麻烦。而立法语言失范最为明显和严重的是词语运用失范问题,主要表现在用词的准确性、统一性、严谨性和庄重性方面不符合规范。

The problems that the usages in legislation language are not standard do lower the quality of laws as well as cause unnecessary troubles in explaining and carrying out the laws. Among all non- standard usages in legislation language, the most obvious and serious one is that the usages of words are not standard, which is mainly presented in following aspects as words are not standard in its accuracy, unity, rigour and gravity.
