俄罗斯远东输油管线之争已经落下帷幕,中方提出的"安大线"方案出局。对于2004年我国这次石油外交的失利,本文从以下几个方面进行了思考:其一,中日能源之争的深刻背景是什么;其二,俄罗斯的能源战略及中日能源之争对东北亚石油地缘经济的影响;其三,中俄能源合作的问题及对策。

Last year,Chinese petroleum pipeline scheme was rejected by Russia. I think .some things lead to the lose. The reasons are such that the first Japan＇s competition with china in the energy sources, the second petroleum strategy of Russia, the third there are some problems about petroleum collaboration between China and Russia, and so on. Some proposal will be given for the petroleum diplomacy of China.
