摘要
文章结合北京大学的教师聘任和职务晋升规定,介绍医学部在优化师资队伍,推进教师聘任和职务晋升制度改革方面的措施及取得的成效和存在的不足。同时提出了今后教师聘任制改革的设想,旨在"抛砖引玉",供各位同行研究和探讨。
This thesis presents the measures to optimize the faculty members and to push the system reform forward in the procedure of appointment and post - rank raising according to the regulation of appointment and post - rank promotion in Peking University. It briefs the achievements and problems in this work and puts forward a tentative idea to the reform of appointment system of faculty members in the university. It should offer a humble opinion in order to draw forth more valuable ones for the colleaques in the universities to probe and study.
