摘要 生态重组本质上就是按照自然生态学原理和自然生态系统运行方式来调整人类的活动,这无疑影响着为21世纪设计的思路和工程内容。技术创新群落要实现可持续发展,就必须对技术创新生态系统结构即“营养结构”和“形态结构”进行生态重组,并构建一个理想的技术创新生态系统模式,以实现整个技术创新生态系统中物料流动的封闭循环,从而变技术创新种群间的有害关系为有利关系,并最终实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的有机统一。 Eco-restructuring is essentially adjusting the activities of human being according to the theories of natural ecology and the running ways of natural ecosystem. Then, there is no doubt that this would have an effect on the thought of designing and the content of engineering in the 21st Century. In order to realize the continuing development of the technological innovation community, there is a need to eco-restructure the structure that includes “trophic structure” and “configuration structure” of technological innovation ecosystem. And we should construct an ideal model on the technological innovation ecosystem, so as to come true the close cycle of the flowing of materiel in the whole technological innovation ecosystem. Thus, we can turn the harmful relationship between the technological innovation population into the favorable relationship. And, finally we can unify the economic efficiency, social efficiency and ecological efficiency.
