农产品“卖难”问题透视

20世纪90年代中期以前的三次农产品“卖难”都是因价格回升、农产品产量的增长超过当时较低水平的有效需求而引起的,是一种低收入水平上的相对过剩。但20世纪90年代中期以来的这次农产品“卖难”,却是因农产品在总量过剩的基础上结构性矛盾加剧而引起的,是农业生产结构与市场结构不相适应而出现的农产品“卖难”。农产品“卖难”必然给我国经济社会生活带来一系列负面影响,应该引起有关各方的关注。

The agricultural production structure is not in conformity with market structure, which causes the difficulty of selling the products. The issue of difficult selling of the agricultural products brings a series of negative effects to economic and social life in China. We should amuse the attention from each side concerned.
