摘要
中国现代远程教育自1999年以来得到迅速发展,电大开放教育是中国远程教育的主要组成部分,但远程教育的高辍学问题并没有引起社会足够的重视。本文分析了影响远程学习过程的多个变量:学习者特征变量、环境变量、教育机构变量,指出辍学现象的发生是这些变量交互作用的结果,提出了远程教育的辍学模型和降低辍学发生率的对策。
The Modern distance education of China has gained rapid developing since 1999. The TVU open education Is the main part of modern distance education in China. But the high dropout rate hasn't drawn enough attention from the society. , the paper analyzes the variables that impact the study cource: learners character, enviroment, education constitution, and point out the dropout phenomenon is happen for the interaction of these variables. The author put forward the dropout mode and give the methods of decreasing the dropout rate.
