Wal-Mart, the US retailing giant, ranked the 1st place in the world top 500 enterprises during the past three years consecutively, which has created a marvel that the high-tech enterprise (Microsoft) is defeated by a retail enterprise in information era. This paper will make a thorough research in War-Mart's operational strategy from the angles of theory and practice respectively, so as to explore the road to success under globalization situation.
