内部控制制度是一种强调以预防为主的制度,目的在于通过建立完善的制度和程序来防止错误和舞弊的发生。随着我国教育体制改革的深入,建立完善的内部控制制度已经势在必行。
The inside--control system , which Lays stress on precautions, aims to guard against mistakes and irregularities by establishinga perfect system and procedure. With the deepening of the reform of educational system in our country, Therefore, a perfect inside--control system must be established in colleges and universities.
