本文针对三峡库区蓄水位提升至156m高程,分析库区航运安全将受到诸多不利影响,从而向国家有关部门提出了若干建设性的应急对策。

This paper,firstly,discusses the impacts on navigation safety,which arisen from repositioning the navigation marks, the adrift derelicts, the landslips and the sedimentation as the reservoir have been filled to 156 meters above sea level. And then, the paper brings forward the emergency response, which would guide the practices to some extent.
