本文介绍了长江船公司、船舶诚信评价实施办法产生的意义、研究的严谨过程,论述了诚信评价体系的科学性和适宜性等。
This paper presents the background of a regulation, which is brought into force and focusing on the quality assessment for shipping company and ship in the Yangtze River. The framework is discussed.
