This paper comprehensively concerns about the current situation of intelligence research in the field of ship＇s collision-avoiding system, and mainly focuses on illustrating fusion control, nerve network, expertise system, and the application of which in the collision-avoiding system, and also focuses on temporary facilities applied to collision-avoidance and composition of system.
