The Problems and Countermeasures of Managing Accountants in Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises

中小私营企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,中小私营企业的迅速发展,为社会的进步做出了突出的贡献,但其会计管理工作现状并不容乐观。为此,笔者通过我国中小私营企业会计管理中存在问题的分析,发现问题并就此提出解决问题的建议。

Small and medium sized private enterprise is one of the key elements in the national economy. Its rapid development has contributed a lot to the social progress. However,the present situation of accountant management is not optimistic. By analysing the existing problems of managing accountants in small and medium sized private enterprises, the author discovers some problems and puts forward corresponding proposals to solve them.
