采用再磨再选工艺处理区内铁精矿生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 随着钢产量的增加,包钢除采用自产铁精矿外,一直配加部分外购铁精矿.外购铁精矿来源较杂,成分、粒度都很不稳定,特别是硅含量偏高,粒度偏粗,铁品位在60%~66%之间,硅在4%~10%之间,用于高炉生产易造成波动.针对这一问题,选矿厂经过大量的试验研究,提出了利用闲置的选矿系列对外购铁精矿再磨再选提铁降硅的选矿工艺,为高炉的生产提供了精料. With the growth of the steel product, in addition to the locally produced iron ore concentrate, Baogang also uses the out - purchased iron ore concentrate as an addition. The out- purchased iron ore concentrates are from many different places, so both the composition and the particle size is not stable, especially the silicon content of those is higher and the particle size larger, and with the iron grade in 60% - 66% and silica in 4% - 10% , likely causing fluctuation in the blast furnace production. To this problem, a lot of research work has been done in our plant and as a result, the laid off dressing means are used again to decrease the silica content and improve the iron concentrate grade of the out - purchased iron concentrate, proving the qualified concentrate to the blast furnace production.
