摘要
文章简述了2200mm圆锥破碎机运转时圆锥主轴与锥套的接触特点,提出了造成锥套产生裂纹的几个原因,对其形成机理进行了分析,并提出了防止锥套裂纹产生的安装、检修、维护措施。
Contact features between the main shaft and the conical bushing when the 2200mm diameter cone crusher operates are briefly introduced. Through an analysis on the cracks forming mechanism, the causes of forming cracks on the conical bushing are found out and the preventive measures concerning the installation, overhaul and maintenance are put forward in this paper.
