关于宁波市城市轨道交通建设的思考

On the Construction of Urban Railway in Ningbo

城市轨道交通是一种满足几百万居民外出安全、快捷、准点、大流量的交通工具,是解决大城市交通拥堵问题的好方案。在我国,城市轨道交通建设已经取得了一定成就,但城市轨道交通又是一个投资巨大,造价高昂,运营复杂,需要一定财政补贴的公益性基础设施。建好管好城市轨道交通是一个世界性难题。本文结合宁波实际情况,分析国内外城市轨道交通现状,提出了优化宁波市城市轨道交通建设的几点建议,以期宁波走出一条具有特色的城市轨道交通建设运营之路,成为后来居上的典范。

Urban railway is a type of safe, quick and punctual transportation of big capacity, which can satisfy the needs of millions of urban residents＇ travehng purpose. It is also a good solution to traffic congestion especially in big cities. In our country, substantial achievements have been made in terms of urban railway construction which, on the other hand, demands more financial subsidy input to infrastructure on account of its huge investment, high cost and complicated running system. A ideal construction of urban railway has always been a big challenge across the world. On the ground of the real situations in Ningbo and analysis on the current state of both domestic and overseas urban railway transport, this paper presents several points to optimize urban railway and look forward to a Ningbo style railway system and a typical example of catching up with the most advanced railway.
