摘要
先进制造业的整体水平体现了一个国家的综合国力。在先进制造业的技术体系中,标准及标准化的作用在当今经济全球化的趋势下发生了质的变化,标准化对产业的技术进步和竞争有着深远的影响。能否把握机遇,在标准化领域取得先机,对我国先进制造业的未来发展具有重大的战略意义。
The comprehensive national power is presented by the overall level of advanced manufacturing. The industrial technology advancement and competition is impacted significantly by standardization.
