高职院校教师信息素养与高技术人才培养的关系

On the Relationship Between Faculty's Attainment in Information Technology in Technical Tolleges and the Education of High Tech Workforce

摘要 本文着重探讨教师的信息素养与技术人才培养的关系。作者认为教师的信息意识能够激发学生强烈的探索问题的兴趣和欲望,促使学生形成批判精神和批判性思维能力,促进学生创造与实践能力的培养和学生良好个性的形成。因此,可以通过教学改革、师资队伍优化和高度信息化的管理环境促使教师提高信息素养。 This article seeks to study the relationship between teacher's attainment in information technology and the education of high tech workforce. The author concludes that teacher's information awareness can stimulate strong interests and desire of students to find and solve problems; can prompt students to form critical mindset and critical thinking capability; can promote creativity and practical sells in the students and can help the establishment of healthy personality in students. Through education reform, optimizing the faculty and highly informed management environment, we can promote the information proficiency of the faculty.
