摘要
本文讨论了电子光学系统计算机辅助设计中涉及的电场强度的三维数值计算问题,给出了一套数值计算公式;同时编程计算了特定电位分布下的电场强度。结果表明,此方法的精度较高,符合实际需求。
Fully three-dimensional Numerical calculation of electric field,one substance in the computer aided design of electron-optics system, is discussed.A set of formulae is given. To test their accuracy,programs are developed to calculate the electric field in several specified voltage distributions,for which the analytical value is known. The results show that the accuracy is considerably high ior practical requirements.
