摘要
新课程改革在课程观、教学观、师生观、评价观等方面发生了本质的变化,这对教师的培养提出了新的要求。而目前我国师范教育存在诸多问题:专业划分过细、课程结构失调、课程内容陈旧、教学方法单一、评价过分倚重考试分数等。为了能主动适应新课程改革,我国高等师范教育必须重新整合专业,调整课程结构,加大教育类课程的比重,改革教学方法和评价体系。
New course reform causes essential changes in course view, teaching view, teachers and students view, which has put forward the new requirements for the teacher's cultivation. And a great deal of questions exist in the teacher education of our country at present: speciality is divided carefully; course structure lacks proper care; course content is outmoded; performance appraisal relies excessively on exam score, etc. In order to meet the new course reform voluntarily, the higher teacher education must combine the speciality again, adjust the course structure, strengthen the proportion of educational course, and reform the teaching method and evaluation system.
