Exploration of the Socialized Equipment Resources Allotment in Universities

在我国高等教育向大众化、信息化和国际化转变的背景下,工科院校的设备资源配置面临着数量增多、档次提高和更新加快等许多新要求。通过企业与高校合作办学的新形式探索设备资源配置社会化是满足这些要求的有效途径。同时,也要在高校继续大力推进教学管理制度、实践教学体系和设备管理体制等配套改革。

With the popularization, information and internalization of higher education in China, the allotment of equipment resources in science and teehnology universities confront a lot of new demands. The paper holds the view that the soeialization of the equipment resources allotment through the cooperation of universities and eorporations is the way out. At the same time the corresponding reform should be carried out so as to improve the socialization of the equipment resources allotment in higher education institutions.
