摘要
新时期陈云指出了加强中青年干部队伍建设的重大意义,提出了“成千上万地提拔中青年干部”的思想,设计出了提拔培养中青年干部以搞好交接班的措施。这一思想对于我们今天加强中青年干部队伍建设以搞好党的交接班工作具有重大的启发意义。
In the new period Chen Yun stressed the significance of enhancing foundation work for the middle-youth-age cadres by putting forward the though of “To promote thousands the middle-youth-age cadres”. He also suggested the measures to take to promote and train the middle-youth-age cadres so that they could take over the work. This thought has greatly inspired us to enhance the foundation work for the middle-vouth-age cadres.
