摘要
雪莱的《西风颂》有风格不同的两个中译本,查良铮与江枫的译著。两位翻译家作为第一接受者在接受活动中因为诗歌理念的不同以及译学思想的不同,反映在其对于“艺术的一极”(原语)及“审美的一极”(目的语)之间“不确定点和空白”处理的方法不同,从而形成两种不同的解读范式:前者表现为豪放热烈的浪漫主义,后者表现为深邃冷静的哲性。
This essay explores the causes of two translations of Shelley's Ode to the West Wind from the perspective of the theory of Reception (Jauss & Iser). Under the influence of their respective poetic thoughts and theories of translation, the two receptors (translators) adopt different approaches to narrow the “marginality and gap” between the source language and the target language. Therefore, two modes of reading come into being. One mode embraces romanticism. The other conceives philosophical thoughts.
