摘要
以1,5-戊二醇,三溴化磷,氰化钾为原料,18-冠-6为催化剂合成1,7-庚二酸。通过正交实验给出优惠合成条件:反应时间4h,反应温度85℃,w(催化剂)=6%(相对于1,5-戊二醇),1,7-庚二酸的收率90%。
1,7-pimelic acid was synthesized from 1,5-dihydorxypentane and phosphorus (Ⅲ) bromide and potassium cyanide with 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexaoxacyclooctadecane as catalyst. Optimal synthesis conditions were investigated by experiments using an orthogonal design. Yield of 1,7- pimelic acid were 90% under the optimal conditions such as reaction time 4h,temperature 85℃ and amount of catalyst 6% (based on 1,5-dihydorxyppentane).
