摘要
以碘掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,对环己酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的反应条件进行了正交实验研究,较系统地研究了环己酮与1,2-丙二醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,在环己酮与1,2-丙二醇物质的量比1∶1.5,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.6%,带水剂环己烷用量4mL,反应时间1h的条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达84.6%。
Cyclohexanone 1,2propanediol ketal is synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,2propanediol in the presence of I 2/PAn as catalyst. The factors influencing the yield are discussed and the best conditions are found out by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2propanediol is 1∶1.5, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 0.6% of feed stocks, the quantity of cyclohexane is 4mL, and the reaction time is 1h. The yield of product can be up to 84.6% under the optimum conditions.
