对预还原型氨合成催化剂还原度的分析,目前暂无相对准确的方法。介绍了用滴定法测定预还原型氨合成催化剂中的金属铁和总铁的质量分数,二者之比即为预还原型氨合成催化剂的还原度。

There is no accurate method for analyzing the reduction degree of pre-reduced catalyst for ammonia synthesis at present. The method for analyzing the reduction degree is introduced as followed: determining the mass fraction of reduced iron and total iron in the pre-reduced catalyst by titration, respectively, then the ratio of the mass fraction of reduced iron and total iron is calculated as reduction degree.
