摘要
以我国储备粮库的废弃物———谷壳、麦皮和残次粮为原料,首次报道了用微波辅助的复合水解-氧化-水解制备高纯度草酸的新工艺。其工艺条件为:在室温下用复合酶酶解水解后,以质量分数为45%~60%的硫酸、温度30~45℃微波辅助水解约30分钟,在钼复合催化剂下以混酸(硫酸+硝酸)(料液质量比为1∶1.6~2.2)、温度55~65℃微波辅助氧化30~60分钟,结晶纯化后可制得二水合草酸,其产率为83.9%~88.7%、纯度达99.6%以上;制得的草酸经检验各项指标与GB9854-1988一致。新工艺草酸的产率提高3%~6%,综合利用效益和环境效益均有明显提高。
Prearation method of oxalic acid from the wastes of stored cereal as the raw material by microwave - assisted composite hydrolysis-oxidation-hydrolysis was investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were the microwave - assisted, enzynolysis and 45 % - 60 % sulfuric acid composite hydrolysis, molybdate compound catalyst 65 % nitric acid oxidation, material liquid ratio mraw material : mmix adds = 1 : 1.6 -- 2.2, temperature 55--65℃, time 30 -- 60rain. The yield of oxalic acid was 83.9 % --88.7 %, increased 3 % --6 %, and purity was over 99.6 %. This method has a major break as another method with same raw material in raise yield, reduce production costs, and environment protection.
