减少16号针头垂直穿刺密封瓶时胶塞碎屑形成的方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的寻找减少16号针头垂直穿刺密封瓶时胶塞碎屑形成的实用方法。方法使用临床上常用的垂直进针穿刺法,分别用同一批号针头穿刺两批号密封瓶胶塞及两批号针头穿刺同一批号密封瓶胶塞,分别用左向法、右向法、上向法及下向法各穿刺148瓶次,一共进行2368次穿刺,观察各朝向穿刺时胶塞碎屑是否形成,将4种方法穿刺时胶塞碎屑形成的结果、构成比进行统计学处理。结果使用16号针头穿刺密封瓶胶塞取药,4种方法中以“左向法”穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率最低。结论在相同条件下采用垂直进针穿刺法从密封瓶内取药时,若使用16号针头,最好采用“左向法”,它可以减少16号针头垂直穿刺密封瓶时胶塞碎屑的形成。 Objective To look for the practicable method to reduce the forming of debris of rubber stopper by using No. 16 pinhead to puncture vertically into sealed bottles. Methods After puncturing the 148 sealed bottles up to 2 368 times as left - direction, right - direction, up - direction, down - direction, to observe the forming of debris by punctuing into through all directions to two kinds of sealed bettles with the same kind of needle and two kinds of needles into the same kind of sealed bottles, statistic the result and ratio after the plastic sealed bettles are punctured into. Results When No. 16 pinhead is used with all direction, find the left- direction method is the best one. Conclusions Under the same condition, when use the No. 16 pinhead needles to puncture the sealed bottle. It would better use “left - direction”, which is the best method to reduce the forming of debris when No. 16 pinhead needles is used to puncture the sealed bettles.
