家庭为中心的护理现状调查

Survey on current situation for home center nursing

目的调查在儿科护理工作中,以家庭为中心的护理实施情况。方法采用波士顿儿童医院设计的“家庭为中心的护理量表”,经对35位家长预调查,内部一致性系数为0.76,随后对全院180位患儿陪护家长进行调查,用SPSS软件进行统计。结果护士的服务意识增强,能满足患儿及家长的基本需要,但护士与家长的沟通不够,对于患儿疾病的认识、转归等告知甚少,双方对儿童住院引起的心理和行为方面的问题都未予以重视。结论转变观念,承认家长在孩子患病过程中的重要作用,护士应提高沟通技巧及心理知识的学习,取得家长的合作,得到家长的支持,对患儿疾病的康复有着重要的作用。

Objective To make a survey for fulfilling situation of home center nursing during the nursing working in pediatric department. Method To make a expected survey for 35 parents by using “home center nusing scale” which is designed by Boston Children Hospital, the inside coincidence coefficient is 0.76, and then make a survey for 180 parents for accompany nursing in the whole hospital, count by SPSS software. Result The nursing service conciousness is improved, which can satisfy the basic demand of infant patients and parents, but communication between nurses and parents is not enough, nurses give little information about the recognition and changing of infant disease, both nurses and parents pay no attantion for the mental and behavior problems of inpatient infants. Conclusion It should change conception, and admit that parents play an important role during children＇s suffering from diesease, nurses should strengthen the communicative skills and learning of psychological knowledge in order to get cooperation and supports from parents, which is important for rehabilita- tion of illed infants.
