摘要
确定了低碱前处理剂DKB-321在灯芯绒织物上的最佳工艺,即H2O2(100%)16 g/L,DKB-32112 g/L,烧碱20 g/L。该工艺流程短,耗用碱剂和其它助剂少,优化工艺处理后的织物性能与传统工艺相当。
Corduroy fabric pretreatment was carried out with low-alkali agent DKB-321, the optimum conditions were defined, which was, 100% hydrogen peroxide 16 g/L, DKB-321 12g/L, caustic soda 20g/L. The DKB-321 pretreatment and conventional alkali-scouring hydrogen peroxide-bleaching process can impart the corduroy fabric similar results, while the former features shortened process, lowered varieties of auxiliaries and saved alkali consumption.
