Improving the color fastness of the prints with reactive dyestuffs and pigment

简析活性染料印花和涂料印花色牢度差的原因,提出在印花后加压光网;活性染料印花采用2次皂洗;涂料印花采用2次焙烘和印花后柔软整理;以及选择反应性交联剂或树脂整理等措施。

Reasons for poor fastness of reactive and pigment printed fabrics are analyzed, effective measures in practice are put forward, such as adding an idle screen, twice soaping in reactive printing, twice curing in pigment printing, softening following printing, as well as selection of reactive crosslinker or resin for after treatment. Various color fastness of cotton and T/C fabrics treated with different processes are compared.
