摘要
分析了蜡防印花废水处理技术及蜡的回收原理,包括采用射流气浮技术预处理、HCR池和污泥气浮机进一步处理等工艺,并在小试、中试的基础上进行大生产,处理后水质达到GB/T 4287—1992二级排放标准。
This paper covers the technological process and characteristics of batik printing, principle of wax recovery, as well as wastewater treatment technique of pretreatment of jet floating technique followed by further treatment of HCR tank and sludge floater. Based on trials and bulk production, it is found that water quality in the outlet can meet the discharge standard of GB/ T 4287-1992.
