摘要
针对现有抽油机电驱动装置效率和功率因数低、耗能严重的问题,研制了一种新型抽油机节能控制装置。该装置根据抽油机负载的周期性变化,通过单片机应用C语言编程计算电动机的铜损耗和铁损耗,可时刻保证抽油机驱动电动机运行在铜损耗等于铁损耗的最低损耗状态,降低抽油机的总损耗,提高其工作效率和功率因数,有较好的节能效果。试验结果表明,该节能控制装置可减小电动机启动电流,延长电动机寿命;在抽油机的整个工作周期中不改变电动机的转速,不影响抽油机的采油效率;具有缺相、过载等保护功能,可有效、及时地防止电动机在缺相和过载时遭到损坏。
Since the electric drive system of the existing pumping units has the problems of low efficiency and power factor and high energy consumption, a new energy saving control device is developed based on the principle of minimal total loss of the electric motor. The SCM (Single Chip Micyoco) is adopted to calculate the copper loss and core loss of the motor according to the periodical variation of the load on the pumping unit, so as to ensure the pumping unit running at the minimal loss state. Test result shows that, this new device can reduce pickup current and extend the life of the motor, and it may not change the rotary speed of the motor in the whole operation cycle of the pumping unit, therefore the oil production efficiency won't be influenced.
