摘要
目的通过测定血卟啉(HpD)在荷瘤小鼠体内的分布,为声动力疗法处理不同部位肿瘤的时间点提供依据.方法利用荧光分光光度计测定组织提取液中血卟啉的荧光强度,根据标准曲线计算其在组织中的含量.结果肿瘤组织中HpD的含量低于肝、肾组织而高于皮肤、肌肉.与其他组织相比,肿瘤组织中HpD代谢速度最缓慢,说明其对HpD的潴留能力.结论根据各组织内的不同代谢情况,提出不同部位的肿瘤,应选择各自适当的时间点进行超声处理,认为声动力疗法抗肿瘤处理的时间点应选择在24~72 h之间.
Aim To provide some basis for SDT to dispose tumor at different position by determining the distribution of HpD in tumor bearing mouse. Methods The fluorescence intensities of tissues extractions were determined to estimate HpD concentration with fluorescence photometer based on the standard graph. Results HpD concentranon in tumor tissue was higher than that in skin and muscle but was lower than in liver and kidney. In comparison with other tissues, metabolic velocity of HpD was the lowest in tumor tissue. Conclusion According to different metabolic velocity in each tissue, the view that tumors in different position should be disposed at appropriate time respectively was put forward and the best treatment time was between 24h-72h.
