摘要
采用热重分析仪(TGA)对250℃~500℃温度下NO2影响干法脱硫反应开展了等温动力学分析.分析结果表明,在250℃~500℃的中低温范围内,烟气中的二氧化氮(NO2)促进了干法脱硫反应的进行,改善了脱硫反应产物的品质,生成了CaSO4.NO2的存在可能改变了脱硫所遵循的反应动力学模式:模拟烟气中无NO2存在时,干法脱硫反应遵循收缩核模型;而加入NO2后,变为Avrami-Eroffev核生成与增长模型.
Isothermal kinetic analysis of NO2's effect on Dry FGD reaction was developed by TGA at medium temperature(250℃-500 ℃). Experimental research showed that NO2 in flue gas could enhance the efficiency of dry FGD reaction and promote the CaSO4 in reaction products at medium temperature. It is indicated that at medium temperature the dry FGD reaction with the presence of NO2 was well matched the Avrami-Erofeev random nucleation and subsequent growth mechanism. It was different from the shrinkage core mechanism when NO2 is absent.
