摘要 为寻找烟道气中SO2的微生物转化方法,采用郑州市热电厂烟囱周围被烟气污染的土样作菌种,对脱硫细菌的筛选、培养和脱硫能力进行了探索性研究.分别采用液相驯化和气相驯化方法从土样中筛选培养出5种烟气脱硫细菌,并对这5种细菌进行了脱硫能力的测定和正交实验.结果表明,所选烟气脱硫细菌对二氧化硫的脱硫率达80%以上,并通过正交实验,初步得出了影响细菌脱除SO2的因素次序为:pH值>温度>SO2浓度. The fundamental research on screen and culture of desulphurization bacteria has been done for seeking the method of removal of SO2 from flue gas by microorganism. Through a series of experiments, 5 micdesulphurization strains are selected and cultivated from soil samples polluted by flue gas from the heat and power plant in Zhengzhou city. Their desulphurization efficiency has been determined and orthogonal experiment have been done. The result shows that their desulphurization efficiencies are over 80%, and the factor's sequence influencing SO2 removal from flue gas by microorganism is pH value〉temperature〉SO2 concentration.
