摘要
针对主蒸汽管热电偶温度套管管座焊缝和锅炉汽包下降管,管座角焊缝的结构特征及缺陷形成 特点,遵循加强监督,预防为主的原则,就管座角焊缝超声波探伤方法进行了粗浅的探索,认为对类似结构 的管座角焊缝超声波探伤的重点应放在管座角焊缝的焊趾裂纹或未焊透引起的裂纹处。
Aiming at the structure and defect characteristics of the main steam pipe thermocouple bushing and the steam dome pipe socket seam of the boiler, following the principle of strengthening supervision and prevention first, discusses the ultrasonic testing method of pipe socket seam, suggests the emphasis of ultrasonic flaw detection should be placed on the welding toe crack orthe crack caused by uncompleted welding.
