防静电环氧自流平地面施工工法

摘要 中国科学院半导体研究所3号净化实验楼采用防静电环氧自流平地面,该地面具有持久的防静电效力。施工中制定了包括基层处理,底涂层、中涂层、面涂层的施工和养护方法在内的施工工法,工法内还包括各项质量安全等保证措施。 Electrostatic-proof self-flowing epoxy floor, which has long effect of electrostatic proof, is adopted in the Purification Laboratory Building No. 3 of Semi-Conductor Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Science. Construction method was established for the base treatment and the construction and curing of bottom coating, middle coating and finish coating during the construction. And the method also covers the guarantee measures for quality and safety control.
