摘要
阐述了将人工智能AI(Artificial Intelligence)和虚拟设计VD(Virtual Design)应用于辊道窑设计中的过程,建立了基于面向对象编程工具VC++的辊道窑总体方案设计专家系统和用三维造型软件设计出整个陶瓷窑的三维参数化模型。通过该系统不但可以明显提高辊道窑的设计质量和效率,而且可以实现辊道窑的自动绘图。
This paper comments on the process of how to apply artificial intelligence and virtual design to the design of roller hearth kiln, putting forward suggestions on how to apply the object-oriented programing tool Visual C++6.0 to design the expert system of roller hearth kiln and how to apply the 3D solid modeling software to design the parametric 3D solid modeling of the whole roller hearth kiln. Based on this, It can not only improve the efficiency and quality of roller hearth kiln design, but also realize automatic design of roller hearth kiln.
