基于粗糙集方法的车牌识别算法

Methods on License Character Recognition based on Rough Sets

采用粗糙集方法对车牌字符进行识别。对车牌图像进行必要的预处理后分割为16×16的像素矩阵,以此矩阵作为决策表中的条件属性构建决策表。采用遗传算法进行粗糙集规则提取。实验结果证明,此方法取得了良好的效果。

Using methods of Rough Sets to recognize the license character, after the necessary pre-processing of license image, we divided each character as a 16 × 16 matrix, which matrix is the condition attributes of decision table.Using genetic algorithms to extract rough sets rules, the result of experiment shows that it has a good affection.
