对桉树人工林生态问题的争论进行了客观的分析,指出在桉树人工林发展中确实出现了一些经营和技术上的问题,因而在建设林业生态省的新形势下,必须科学规划,合理经营,要在促进生态平衡中发展桉树人工林,同时应系统地开展包括科学选育良种、营林栽培措施及经营管理模式、林地生产力及生态环境质量变化等方面研究,以取得科学的结论指导桉树人工林的可持续经营和发展。

Through the objective analysis of disputes over ecological issues of Eucalyptus plantation, this paper illustrates some managerial and technical problems actually appeared in the development of eucalyptus plantation; points out that under the new circumstance of building a ecologically well - forested province of Guangdong, it attaches great importance to develop eucaalyptus plantation in the promotion of ecological balance. The paper emphasizes that to achieve the maintainable development and management of eucalyptus plantation, it is necessary to strengthen the system of science research on plus - seed choosing and breeding, plantation management, forested land production promotion and environment ecological quality control and etc.
