摘要
为了全面了解真核生物锌转运子的研究现状,概述了目前已发现的真核生物转运子的分类及特征,综述了存在于酵母、植物及哺乳动物中的锌转运子的结构、功能及表达调控方面的最新研究进展,并提出了通过锌转运子的功能和结构基因组研究揭示生物锌营养分子机理的发展前景.
In order to conduct a comprehensive study of the present situation of eukaryotic zinc transporters, the classification and characteristics of the known zinc transporters in eukaryote were summarized. The structure, function and expressional regulation of zinc transporters in yeast, plants and mammals were summarized. And it was proposed that through zinc transporters' functional and structural genomics to study the molecular mechanism of zinc nutrition would be prospective in the future.
