摘要
通过文献资料法,对健身走的生理学依据、健身走的生物学功效(主要包括对心血管功能、心理、减肥、癌症预防等方面研究),以及健身走的强度和量的研究作了综述.认为一定负荷的健身走对人体具有良好的影响,健身走的健身功能显著.
With the methods of documentations, physiological gist and biological effects of fitness walking were reviewed in aspects of cardio and vas function, psychology, weight lost and cancer prevention and the intensity, quantity of fitness walking. It was concluded that people could get all the major health benefits from fitness walking.
