摘要
考虑传动误差、非线性扭转刚度以及间隙等非线性因素,建立了新的谐波齿轮传动系统非线性微分方程。传动误差采用了新的计算公式。建立了对转矩转角实验曲线采用3阶多项式拟合,然后求导得到刚度公式的方法。开发了非线性动力学特性仿真分析软件。实验和仿真研究系统的动力响应,以及不同频率的误差分量对系统动态响应的贡献,明确了设计、制造及装配中主要的误差控制对象。
This paper sets up a new nonlinear differential equations of harmonic drive, in which the transmission errors, and nonlinear torsional rigidity and backlash are considered. The transmission error was computed by a new formula. The third order polynomial of torque-torsional angle equations were used for fitting the experimental results to obtain the torsional rigidity formula. The nonlinear dynamics characteristics simulation software is developed. The system dynamic response and different kinds of transmission errors frequencies' contributions are analyzed by experimental and simulation methods, and the main objects for error control are determined in design, manufacture and assembly processes.
