空心铜管坯水平电磁连铸过程的电磁效应研究 被引量:12

摘要 以中试规模的空心管坯水平连续铸造系统为基础,研究了不同功率的中频电磁场对空心铜管坯凝固组织及力学性能的影响,提出了在空心铜管坯水平连铸过程中施加中频电磁场改善铸坯质量的方法.研究结果表明:当施加频率为1 kHz的电磁场时,空心管坯的表面粗糙度降低了约50%;当施加功率为20 kW的电磁场时,空心铜管坯的组织得到细化,抗拉强度提高了约40%,延伸率提高了50%;当施加30 kW的电磁场时,铜管坯组织粗化,力学性能下降. To improve the quality of hollow copper tubes, the horizontal electromagnetic continuous casting of hollow copper tube was carried out. Based on a pilot scale horizontal continuous casting system of hollow copper tube, the effects of a electromagnetic field with the frequency of 1000 Hz in different power on the quality of hollow copper tubes were investigated. The results show that when an electromagnetic field with 1000 Hz frequency and 20 kW power is imposed, the surface roughness of hollow billets is decreased by 50%, the solidification structure is refined, the tensile strength is improved by 40%, and the elongation is improved by 50%, averagely; when the power is heightened to 30 kW, the solidification structure is coarsened and the mechanical properties are worsened.
